      - I love my manager and how he supports my career and personal development - Great product and solving customer's problems

      - Limited resources - Wear more than one hat in this position but it makes sense since the company is a start-up.

      Pros

      Tons of opportunities to be involved in an early stage business (be cautions though because they will promise career growth, but if the company is not growing you will not see any bumps in salary or position).

      Cons

      - Dan Watkins will make empty promises - The company says they care about you but it is all lip service - Long work weeks, high expectations and little recognition from leaders
