Bonuses are paid timely with March's salary and the point that you mentioned about "bond for increment" is utterly ridiculous. It has always been the objective of the company to be open and transparent in communication. In fact, we have an open-door policy. We assume you may be referring to the requirement between the layers to filter out information to ease work. We acknowledge it isn't always perfect but we are committed. Same goes with the apparent "favouritism" between employees, we may appear to invest more time into some of the employees but that is because we see the requirement in them to develop and also their zeal to learn and grow more.
