      Software technical support, the unsung heroes

      Good benefits - provided by City National Bank Able to work from home.

      Cons

      I’m my opinion, Technical software support is one of the hardest positions. Between working with clients and software that could be buggy and is supposed to process large transactions. It could get very tough for the tech working with both the frustrated clients and developers. Especially when there are few resources and no information on google. Sadly, not many minorities and when there were promotions, they went to non minority groups. It is not very inclusive in that sense.

      The manager was a bad person because he didn't let us more work hours yeah.

      - Voice is heard, you can talk to anyone anytime to get queries clarified. - I have been with Datafaction for 4 years and it has been a pleasant experience, people are valued. - Great team, fast paced. - Agile scrum - Always exploring on new technologies. - Nice Pay, good bonus and benefits.

      Cons

      It is close to LAX so long weekends are tough to get in and get out.
