Very poor management

If you show up to work on time and work relatively hard, you will get promoted. Co workers are good people.
Cons
There are a significant number of cons, but I won’t list all of them. All cons go back to upper management. They will not hesitate to lie and bully you in to doing whatever they want at the moment. If you’re looking to keep your head down and just have a simple warehouse job, Davidson could be a good option for you. If you have any interest in advancing or getting pay raises for hard work, I would not consider it for one second. Every single good employee who accepts promotions gets burned and leaves. I’m only leaving this review because they asked us to leave good reviews.
