if you cannot finish before deadline, very rude behave on employee.
Boss is screaming very load on employee.
3rd floor staff look down on 2nd floor who are mainly development and support engineers. New products are full of bugs and most hardly make it to the market. Morale of engineers are low. Their inputs are ignored and they only do when 'whipped'.
There is minimum or no standard process. Bosses are the process (can change according as bosses wish). If you are new or just out from school, chances likely you would end up doing other departments job since you are not familiar with actual process practice in the industry.
