They have an awful commission structure. It doesn’t incentivize their own employees to make calls and cover freight when they won’t make $ on it. They take low rate freight and do so to keep customers which is understandable however they screw over their own sales reps but not rewarding them. Reps prioritize high margin freight over customer freight which leads to many issues. The don’t establish relationships with carriers because they try and milk any cent they can get. Dying model to be honest. You also have to work after hours for no extra pay which I’m pretty sure is illegal.
