    Pros

    Friendly colleagues and easy to get to from Ulsterbus Depot.

    Cons

    One "manager" made made my life hell on earth, he changed my rota THEN had audacity to do so IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER.

    Advice to Management

    Fire that waste of space. What does he do anyway apart from harass members of staff.

    Oppurtunity to be hired following work experience provided by the job centre , no interview needed

    Cons

    Overtime not guaranteed
    Shifts drag if only asked to recover for the full time
    Till training was very vague and youre expected to learn most things through asking for help

    If people have been doing the same thing for more than a few hours ask if theyd like to go onto a different task

    I have been working at Debenhams part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Easy to get time off with a months notice, opening hours are reasonable, easy to be hired without experience

    Cons

    Monthly pay and low pay , managers take things a bit too serious for a store and can cut hours one month have lots the next a bit unbalanced
