Pros

Thinking, thinking , thinking and Still thinking

Cons

Worst Management. Doesn't value efforts and contribution of employee. No value added services which employee can refer. It ll be a waste of time and effort to list down Cons which is unending. Existing employee shall never say against, for obvious reasons since they are paid for something else that they are not hired for(profession)

Pros

If you are in the trust circle of ceo ,you will enjoy in this company .You will get good hikes ,no work pressure .You will love your comfort zone .But your knowledge growth will minimal .

Cons

I will be copying the same lines which are already posted in a review ,because they are damn right and will add more . No consistent project manager. (The project managers are not from IT background (some are but they are in too love of their job and all they care about is their reputation with CEO) and they know nothing about what's going with the project . Project starts without the actual markups. (That's the most annoying part here ,you are asked to do things in air ,there is no requirement gathering ,no architecture designing (because senior developers are damn incapable ,they can't leave this job even, because they are overpaid and its near impossible to match the salary outside the company. Your technical skills are of no use if your ceo asks you to do something by hook or crook.(Learning a new tech takes time ,ceo will ask you to do anything randomly ,which is not even in your skillset (obviously its a good part too ,you are learning something new ,but you are given near to zero days to learn the skills and do the tasks) Ceo will thrash you in mails without knowing actual project scenario(bossy nature) (Coz he is ceo lol ,no ethics or whatever) Hr are self obsessed ie if you say something to them as an advice , they will escalate that to ceo or boss.(Agree here) Ceo would go on speaking without having know about the issue (According to him ,he is paying you so he can say anything he want .Rule of Life.) Salary delays are often there.(Sometimes ,but not often ,account manager is pretty good with the work) No team outings.(They have friday activity where the whole team do chaos.) You will be asked to meet deadlines even if you are not clear about the project requirements.(This is the main problem ,you are just asked to do things ,even project manager doesn't know what is to be done ,total unstructured) No experienced people stay here for more than 1 year. (Agree)
