Defendify solves the major cyber problems for organizations that don't have dedicated security teams. It's a really great feeling to get testimonials about how you helped a smaller organization avoid losing $100k+ to a scammer. Every day is a new set of challenges in the start-up environment, but it's rewarding to know you're building something from the ground up. Culture is a really important piece of working at Defendify and that doesn't just mean a ping pong table in the break room. Soft skills such as problem-solving and resourcefulness are recognized and rewarded. Decisions are made based on what's best for everyone and not just the bottom line. Education reimbursement and career advancement opportunities. Senior leadership genuinely care about healthy work-life balance and encourage taking time off. Coworkers are smart, funny and unique.
Cons
The only con is the same as any software development company might face ---so many amazing feature requests and not enough dev resources to make them happen quickly enough!
