      - You can get backing for your (good) ideas and see them come to fruition - Performance generally recognised more than presenteeism - Clear focus (on growth and eventual sale of business) - Management pretty open and communicative most of the time - Many smart, engaged colleagues - Informal culture

      Cons

      - Workload can be too high, therefore slow to get a decision at times, or spend the time you'd like on own work - Can feel understaffed - Can be hard to drag those used to PLC life along for the ride sometimes
