Make sure to carefully read the negative reviews before accepting a position here. I glanced through them before joining, hoping to avoid the toxic environment, but unfortunately, I experienced exactly that. Honestly, unemployment would be better than working here. Your mental health will take a hit. I would feel anxious just taking a 10-minute lunch break because they expect you to respond to every Teams message within seconds, and if you don’t, there are consequences. The culture is extremely toxic and cliquey. If you don’t participate in their gossip, they’ll find ways to push you out. Senior leadership is a joke—don’t expect to learn or get any real guidance from your manager or boss, as they lack basic managerial skills. There is also no individual or team recognition due to the unrealistic expectations which will contribute to your burn out.

No processes, everything’s a mess and very last minute, most disorganized company I’ve ever worked for.
