Pros

DesignMind is a small consulting company with a start-up feel. Currently there are around 40 people and growing quickly, this allows individual have a real say in what the company is doing where the company is going. There is also a very open policy of discussion. Anybody on the team can tap/email any other member with questions/comments and start a dialog.

Cons

With that start-up feel comes the start-up nimbleness (not a con for all people). Consultants can be on 2+ engagements at a time as there is plenty of work to be done.

Incredible sense of camaraderie and teamwork Clients who respect us and listen to our advice Minimal travel - most of our clients are in the Bay Area Staff is incredibly diverse Senior Management has consistently high standards and gets a lot of respect

Cons

The clients can be demanding. Utilization is high and often we must meet challenging client deadlines. Some of the clients are great and some are not!

The company is on the verge of a growth spike, so some turbulence may be expected. Client centric nature of business can mean that some clients will be more challenging.
