      Some nice people at the lower level.

      Cons

      Upper Management are disorganised and just go along with the owner who micro manages at all levels. Back stabbing is common and rewarded. Very disorganised and understaffed. Below industry average pay.

      micromanagement, dictatorship management, employee mistrust, worst RTO in QLD, lowest pay in industry, only care about $$ not staff or participants or students. Worst HR, constantly ignores staff rights to push management agenda and demands
