Working at Designing Success (DS) has been a remarkable experience. Both management and staff are committed to excellence in everything we do. We go above and beyond in meeting the needs of our clients, which I think is one of the most impressive aspects of our company. We respond in a timely manner to all support requests, and work tirelessly to fulfill any special needs that clients may have. Our case management and tracking software is by far the best on the market, in my opinion. Management is continuously seeking ways to improve the software by incorporating new features, enhancing the aesthetics, and making it available on more platforms to reach more users. Their dedication to growth is evident in the development of new and diverse markets where the software can be utilized. DS leadership promotes a sense of community by involving staff in all discussions, whether client-related or general company business. There is a genuine respect and appreciation for staff which encourages everyone to give their best. It is a pleasure to work for a company that is client-driven and committed to serving the community.

I would not be in the position I am today without the opportunities and invaluable business education I received while working at Designing Success. The management and staff at Designing Success were always extremely professional and it was obvious they all were passionate about not only the product, but the people the product helps. While there was a small staff, the client could never tell that since development time was effective and efficient (as if they had a whole team of developers) and customer and technical support would respond to calls/emails almost immediately. Aside from having a great corporate culture and solid team, the case management software that was built by the DS team was by far the most well-thought-out and user-friendly software I have worked with. Like the CEO always said (which was true), the software was built on love and logic. It may be a small company, but it did big things while I worked there.
