Pros

I work as a Mid Python Developer and can generally recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable place to develop. In my daily work, I primarily use Python, FastAPI, and Django, as well as PostgreSQL and Redis. The projects are diverse and allow me to gain experience building and developing applications used in recruitment processes. We also use AWS, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence, so I can work with tools commonly used on the market. The biggest plus is the friendly atmosphere and a team that's eager to help solve problems. The company offers a significant degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence technical solutions. I also appreciate the flexible approach to remote work and the openness to new ideas.

Cons

We experience frequent shifts in priorities based on business needs and periods of increased workload, especially when implementing new functionalities. Some processes could be better structured, which sometimes delays task completion.

Pros

I worked as a Mid-Python Developer, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The company is large, so the processes are sometimes challenging, but you can learn a lot and manage projects at a reasonable scale. The technology stack is up-to-date, with a lot of backend work, integration, and cloud computing.

Cons

Decision-making was slow due to numerous approvals and meetings. Sometimes, there's a lot of legacy code and technical debt. With major releases, the workload can spike significantly. For a mid-level developer, it's a good option to gain experience with larger systems and improve skills in Python and teamwork.
