Pros
The company and the people working there make a really welcoming work environment, relaxed. Also, they promote using new and relevant technologies, and I learned lots of different things. I am currently working remote, they gave me a very capable laptop and monitor to work
Cons
Management is kinda wonky, sometimes deadlines get pushed. Also, the salary is barely average, so lots of workers come and go really fast for better oportunities.
