      None. Needs to be 20 words minimum. none none none none

      Cons

      Very few company/group activities. Budget constraints?? Lying to employees about pay rise, Lying to customer about consultant's experience. Lack of professional growth. Very soon you will feel you have become a cog in a bigger machine doing same thing day in day out.

      Decent salary On time payment Nice company if you are billable

      Cons

      1. Hell to be on free list. 2. No pay rise 3. Lots of favouritism and discrimination especially by Admin staff. 4. Backstabbing by certain Account executives. 5. Lack of transparency in sales process and no collective strategy to win new work. 6. Rude behaviour by Admin staff and talent acquisition team.

      Don't look after their staff terribly well

      Pros

      Paid sick leave and annual leave Paid when not engaged with client Admin staff (in Canberra office) good Not much else really as a positive.

      Cons

      More bureaucratic than the public service Starting and leaving the company not a good experience - took forever to get first pay and final pay promised on last day but not provided Performance review process seems unstructured Weekly time sheets are DEMANDED but pay is made monthly (as is client invoicing)
