Pros
Manufacturing, Design, Inspection Processes, Job Quoting, and more are all things that can be learned within the first year as an engineer. Engineering division is new so there is much to do in every part of the company.
Cons
Low pay. Management tends not to get things to you in writing. Late reviews. (i.e. my 90 day review was 3 months late, and my annual review was 6+ months late after numerous requests and email correspondence.)
