Pros

You get a job pretty easily here if you have a decent enough english writing skills. The god part of this is if you learn this joba dn have some experience of it, you can take up freelancing, but the work is limited to summer season, in winters you wont get enough work. They have a fun friday, and they cut birthday cake for every employee and for every employee leaving the company.

Cons

This company will suck the life out of you. Its a 6 days working company and then they will expect you to work on sunday also. And if you dont receive their call, they will make you feel guilty about it. You have to meet a target every day of 3k words and do revisions of any assignments. You would be assigned work from any field, management, humanities, law, nursing, medicine, anything irrespective of your expertise. The pay is meagre not good for those who have to pay rents and all. Take this job only if you are in dire need of money. No raise, no bonus.
