Pros

The pay is higher than average for the position.

Cons

The company culture is ridiculous. Favoritism rules. Never seen such a high level of micro management anywhere else.

Pros

The management team is supportive and approachable, genuinely caring about employee well-being and growth. The company fosters a collaborative environment, assisting with cross-departmental work. There are ample opportunities for career development through training and mentorship with regular recognition of hard work and achievements.

Cons

While some projects may face challenges due to limited time resources, it fosters creativity and resourcefulness. The frequent changes in processes keep the work dynamic and exciting, though they might require quick adaptability. Career growth opportunities are abundant, though the pace may be more gradual, allowing for thorough skill development.
