Pros

There are no fixed working hours but lot of pressure from clients.

Cons

a. No Technical expertise in the organization. b. Company doesn't have any plans. c. They hire people without a need and fire without any notice and any reason. d. HR and CTO bluffs a lot to make a person join initially but then nobody cares you. e. A big notice . When company fires, it doesn't pay the notice but when a person resigns, he has to serve a full notice with lot of harassment. f. It is not a software company with processes. You can say it a Sindhi company. g. Admin, HR and IT teams are worst. You can never expect any reply from them. h. For everything, you need to beg CTO. And he is most arrogant person, who rarely comes to office. So you have to wait for ages for a small approval. i. Very less leaves, you will get. j. Very less internal hikes. k. Here only one person is growing and that is CTO. No Growth for SE,SSE,TL.

Pros

when you join , bargain properly , you will get good salary

Cons

- There is no structure... CTO is every thing here. Your salary hike, your leave ...marriage ..... every thing ... he controls . - It is just like a Sindi Company, As CTO is sindhi guy , he will count how much you are pissing also. - There is no HR policy, People stay onsite more than 10 month without family. -They keep 2/3 guy in a same hotel room, sometimes same bed also. - They open 2/3 company to play around with Lic issue - They have 3 month notice period. But they play with people also after 3 month - if CTO is say ... Yes... You also have to say yes. if No then no Hike - People are more than 12 yr experience also doing simple if else .. loop coding. No career growth. - There is one toilet , and 150 employee, You need to stand in a big Q to go for a toilet. - They prefer new joinee and neglect senior people. Indirectly telling them to go. - There is no manager. One man show company. But they have lot of crazy policy. - It is just same Marwari/Sindi Company. where CTO has all the right - They claim it is Norwegian company , But only the owner is norwegian, But CTO[ one sindhi ] controls every thing. -

Nice manager, good compensation, clear expectations

schools are far so having a car is recommended
