Company is a Joke

Pros

Remote work, decent salary, ok connections.

Cons

They string you along for months until offering you a position. I waited 6 months from my initial interview before being onboarded. Come to find the salary was no where near close to what I was initially offered. The company who was contracting them spoke poorly about their management and spending. Do not waste your time with this absolute joke of a company.

Pros

Laidback working environment. WFH, if you are into that.

Cons

One rotten apple will take down the entire team's moral. Be careful not to out perform anyone. You will be singled out for your performance. I know it's weird.

Pros

The pros exist at an "individual layer" the content of work is interesting with a huge opportunity to learn and grow as a professional in IT/RPA - these being the conrete aspects of work that an individual is involved in i.e. one's input/output that consists of learning and performing core responsibilities. Opportunity for a lot of responsibilities and learning from fast-paced projects.

Cons

Most of the cons exist at the second, "collective layer" e.g. the environment, communication, transparency, workplace vulnerability, leadership-employee distance, psychological safety, culture and ownership/responsibility of difficult issues. This layer is sadly managed and led with negligible attention with a lack of ownership of the most difficult and meaningful issues. Issues stem from a self-centered leadership team focused heavily on growth, scaling and on performance and utilization. While focusing on the aforementioned aspects inherently is not a bad thing - keeping in mind it is a private equity backed tech company - the cost at what it comes results in a company with a fragile foundation and culture.
