I worked in the office area for three months in late 2013, all I can say is that some of the people are great and really trying and there are a few that want to make it better...
Cons
but the ownership is not interested and does not have the skills to improve the company, The president inherited the business from his father and is proceeding to run it into the ground, he is reluctant to make any decision but then makes bad decision after bad decision. There are basically two types of employees here those that are near retirement and hanging on because they have to pay bills and younger employees who are shocked at the state of the morale and flee ASAP, many walk out in frustration, especially if they interact with a senior employee who is the nastiest, snottiest most obnoxious creature ever to walk the face of the earth, stay away unless you are very desperate for a job and want to obtain some poor self esteem.
