It would be great if everyone would come together within the organization as we all strive to ensure the organization has excellent value for everyone and the community.

Cons

I'm still not convenience if some are working because they do care or if it's just another paycheck they're gaining. I hope this is not so, as the organization has been around for years and has done some great things since standing.

I was fortunate to work with a great colleagues who were dedicated to provide the best to their clients. There was great respect for work/life balance. Getting ample time off for family matter was never a problem.

Cons

Management could sometimes be out of touch with the day to day operations of the program.There were inconsistencies when applying rules and expectations across the board when dealing with clients and staff. Salaries were below average for this field.
