      The company provides ample resources to employees to develop professionally. Additionally they provide the freedom to employees to grow and improve their skills. End of year company shutdown has been a boost to morale.

      Cons

      Sick Time policies are unfavorable. With any small company, the goalposts move so work responsibilities sometimes change.
