      Annual bonus just before Christmas

      Cons

      Forced overtime, low pay, bad insurance benefits, incompetent management. They can't seem to decide if the employees should be treated like prisoners or kindergarteners.

      Pros

      Small company, great IT person, usually willing to work with employees when something goes wrong

      Cons

      Gets you to about 2/3 of a living wage and says "sorry, no more raises". Loves to dangle the idea of a promotion for years at a time only to never materialize. Forced overtime with zero notice. No work/life balance. Severely overpriced insurance benefits and not enough pay to actually use them.
