Pros

There are absolutely no advantages to working here!

Cons

Do your research about this company on your own before joining. Micromanagement with hostility. All calls are recorded and listened to in order to judge the time between calls as well as the content of the goals calls for an indefinite period of time. The goal at this company is to make sure a certain number of assigned calls or "tasks" per day are completed by dialing into a terribly populated database full of extremely outdated bad data. No other prospecting method or tool are allowed to be used during office hours. If other meetings occurred throughout the day, an employee cannot leave until the assigned tasks/calls into the database are complete. No information on competitors is given and no research on competitors is allowed. Zero visibility into current clients. The product and industry training given was absolutley terrible. The dictatorial ego driven management approach is not allowed to be challenged even in the face of an obviously counterintuitive sales and prospecting processes. The software demo instances are incomplete and riddled with bugs and inaccurate data. The software is simple at best with so many other solutions available in the marketplace that are finished and much more advanced. The job at here is a glorified micromanaged telemarketing job. Challenging or even questioning what is happening there is immediate grounds for dismissal. The environment is toxic. Commissions go unpaid and employment agreements get backdated when they are changed without notice. Very uncomfortable place to work.

Pros

Base salary is on par for full cycle sales reps.

Cons

Management: - No experience running a sales office; lost, confused, and absolutely no confidence. - Offers no support or assistance since he is clueless and just sits in his office all day. - Afraid to take ideas to ownership since the last manager got fired for voicing his opinion. Owner: - Changes his mind everyday on what the focus should be. - Has a background in engineering, not sales. Has no idea how to run a sales organization. - His way or no way approach...refuses to listen to others for advice or suggestions. Sales Reps: - Sink or swim office mentality. Do not expect support from anyone.

Pros

Great place to practice patience, emotional resilience, and your ability to survive in a high-chaos, low-accountability environment. Also, if you’ve ever wanted to experience what it’s like to work in a live stress test, this is your chance.

Cons

DispatchTrack is more of a marketing company than a real software development company. The product is chaotic, poorly architected, and riddled with bugs. It relies on an excessive number of feature flags, leading to a spaghetti-style configuration system that can take weeks to understand just to support a single client. Micromanagement is out of control. But what truly stands out is how the CEO treats people — it’s no surprise the turnover rate is so high. The company culture revolves around pleasing the CEO, who is known for being temperamental, arrogant, and unnecessarily demanding. Managers constantly walk on eggshells around him, choosing to play it safe rather than advocate for their teams. As a result, the flow of communication is entirely top-down. Managers don’t have the courage to speak up or push back — they just protect their own positions and maintain the status quo. There’s little to no genuine concern for employee well-being, and real feedback rarely reaches leadership.
