      Flexible scheduling, friendly & caring staff, excellent upper management, good ethics & morals, family-owned business.

      Cons

      Incredibly high medical insurance with high deductibles, no vision, management sometimes gets overstressed and is known to fly off the handle, but otherwise is great to work with.

      We appreciate your employment very much and yes, we have no overtime. But employees are never sent home or laid off from lack of work and there are always extra hours available for those that "want" to make a little extra. We work with our employee's to pay them fairly and consistently all year round, not just when work is available.
