They've had a lot of problems with management but they are moving and replacing them and it seems to be working. The employees for the most part are a great group. They've started a community activist group which is great, we've collected books for the local library, had a blood drive for Assurance, and the company picnic has been reinstated. They continue to try to grow and improve with employee communication and technical upgrades. They've installed new heating and cooling systems, and switched to ice and water machines instead of bottled water in an effort to combat environmental waste. We've also instituted a third shift to cut back on employee exhaustion.

Cons

We still have issues with overturn and last minute "mandatory" overtime as well as some communication issues between employees and management. We have some new incentive programs but they rely a lot on things that are out of the employees control. There are group incentives which means we are basically responsible for not only our own productivity and errors, but those of everyone else as well which is for lack of a better word, disappointing.

To everyone out there, the management is very unprofessional especially the ones in CPV division in Michigan. In more than 25 years in the Automotive industry, never seen a bigger Con Artists any where across the industry. The culture is very toxic with poor leadership values. The leader steal the credit and limelight away from employees for their benefit. Ethics are extremely poor. They will not pay the sales commission, Corp credit card dues and other dues to the employee upon leaving the company. Please stay far far away from this company.

Company is extremely silo-based, executive management in Sweden micromanages the regions, its hard to feel effective sometimes
