A small company that values input from employees at every level and background, without ego or outdated traditions. Recognizes individual strengths and creates opportunities for growth. Operates with minimal to no micromanagement, creating more confidence and pride in my work by trusting me to determine how and when to prioritize and deliver results. Alot of versatility, allowing me to wear multiple hats and focus on projects that spark my enthusiasm.

Might not be great for people that need alot of constant direction and structure.
