Pros
The Drees Company is an incredible place to work. I feel honored to have spent a large portion of my career working for Drees. The Drees family are great people and the people who work at Drees are second to none.
Cons
The only reason I moved on from Drees was to pursue new challenges in my career. I had reached a point where to grow as a professional I needed to look to other challenges. I have nothing bad to say about Drees, the people, or the family...it was just time for me to leave the nest and everyone was very supportive.

Pros
The company was great. Long hiring process. You're surrounded by good local people. Production managers in corporate Kentucky and Dallas That You Don't See everyday, push numbers and production that are unfair and set you up for failure so that they can get their bonus money on record years
Cons
Production managers in Kentucky and mid region. All they do is crunch numbers. Even though you have a record year with record profit, and you close $20 million dollars worth of product, they say that's not good enough because they are not local. They are squeezing blood from turnips, and need to be replaced
