      Pros

      Great pay. Lively office, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      They will fire you without letting you know what is wrong. A Scientologist management company and I believe that's how they rate your work by that belief system. Managers seem outdated and some are very disorganized. Not really ethical. The CEO seemed to be arrogant. Great place to work if you can't find a job that pays well anywhere else.

      Pros

      Bonuses and benefits. Right near the mall so food options are great.

      Cons

      Not the most professional environment. Superiors are not very knowledgable so much of the job comes from your own research, they have no professional experience in the field so good luck! Promised a raise and I never received it after my initial period. They attempt to push their scientology methods on you which is highly uncomfortable in a work environment. Just not a very management and hr is much worse.

      Company executives do not really care about employees

      8 to 5 job, all goes well, earn a pay check, no problem

      Cons

      If you are not really a "friend" of the executives things may not go as well, they are really one sided with the employees who they hang out with, be careful as there is a lot of favoritism. They are not fair with every employee.
