      Helped me boost my skills for my Masters education

      Pros

      Had freshly graduated and had roughly an year before I wanted to my Masters in U.S. I was able to get the right kind of projects to boost my profile and project to my potential university. I got admissions into a few top univs and was able to connect with the professors also based on the projects I did here

      Cons

      There was a bit of unstructured work in the beginning, till we found the right problem statement. The company is as such not too big, so took some time to find the right alignment to my skills, goals and what the company wanted me to do.

      1) Good learning experience especially for beginners 2) Good work-life balance 3) Exposure to state-of-art research in the field of Computer vision and Data Science.

      Cons

      1) No proper HR policies or HR department even after completion of 18 months 2) No leave benefits 3) Micromanagement.
