Salary on time, Work culture was good but now it sucks.
Cons
Micro-management, expecting too much from your JD, and Firing is common. Hiring for a role and then asking them to do other tasks, which eventually leads to them losing their job. Lies and lies by the leadership to deceive their own employees. Canceling the agreements and imposing new ones doesn't matter what you have signed upon joining.
Nothing much. Only you can get remote with specific conditions. Salary was on time.
Cons
Mismanagement. CEO thinks he knows everything and listens to no one. CEO and his crony lie and overwork, underpay the employees. The contract obligations were not fulfilled. There is no role and JD, you are expected to do everything and be paid for one task
