Pros

Very good benefits for the area. Good first job for people in IT, HR, accounting and engineering, but should have plans to move on after 3 years or so once you've gotten some experience.

Cons

Very little emphasis on training/developing their talent. Pay increases are rare.

Pros

I made a decent salary. Management was nice most of the time. Small company. It wasn't noisy inside. The work was strenuous but the pace wasn't too bad.

Cons

Small workforce that was stretched too thin at times. Offshoot of a larger company in another state. Upper management and HR located there. There are a handful of long-term employees who have been there many years and there is a lot of in-fighting and friction daily. Any complaint or negative comment you make in a conversation is going to be reported to management either by the one you are talking to or by someone eavesdropping. Don't ever get too comfortable. Pros

Dunbarton offers some of the best benefits available in lower Alabama. In comparison to other manufacturing companies in the area, we are given a nice number of holidays.

Cons

Management attempts to distribute work evenly, but sometimes the work load is excessive.
