      DMA Top talent but toxic PMW 240 environment and poor USG Leadership.

      Pros

      DMA only hires top people. Most are retired 0-6 Navy. Their compensation structure is in line with AWS and other Tier-1 companies.

      Cons

      PMW 240 is an extremely toxic environment, clickish, DEI PowerPoint Rangers. PM has been relieved numerous times over the past 5-7 years, and their biggest IT Transformation contract, i.e., +$300M, was canceled due to former PM Ken Johnson's incompetence.

      Small Company where your supervisor really cares about you and your well being. The owner is very personable and gets involved if needed.

      Company does not provide any 401K matching.
