Senior Management is just downright rude. They took a company that started with humble beginnings by a well know founder to just go down the drain. The very own founder left and what is left is Senior Management looking for every reason to penny pinch revenue. I wouldn't be surprised all their customers and good employees will exit soon.
- Management is a mess. A lot of micromanaging and the upper management are rude & unfriendly. - Inflexible work policies - doesn't match their start-up pretence. - No opportunities for growth within the company.
Their culture is totally biased and non-customer and employee friendly. It is a more inward looking culture where unfortunately no career advancement or raise is praised. Only focus is short term gains and no longer term vision.
