Working there as part of the front desk staff, you are the lowest on the chopping block. Mistakes all fall on you and there is little to no forgiveness for any mistakes. There is no HR department and all the people in management have only gotten degrees in therapy and know very little about running a business. Front desk csc's work 45-50 hours with no lunch or breaks. Then often can receive feedback that they have poor time management because they are staying late to get everything done.
CSC's are chastised for every mistake. Your mistakes will be publicly pointed out and recorded for even the slightest mishap. There is very little training going into the position, only learning by all your mistakes being pointed out harshly and in an unforgiving manner. Professional environment and expectation is to not make mistakes!
Severely negatively affected my self-esteem and mental health. Astonishing how people whose profession is to benefit others in health can be so detrimental and uncaring to others (those who aren't a paid customer).
There are long wait lists for all their centers and often the process to get in can underhandedly be quite unfair. Clients who have good referrals, siblings, or those who can state a relationship with someone in the center can jump the waitlist of those who have been waiting for months (12-16) sometimes.
