Management is dysfunctional, no opportunity for career growth, zero accountability by Senior Leadership for making poor business decisions that leads to high turnover

Senior management to C Level was out of touch of what is going on in the front lines. There was little to no motivation to excel and the company is trailing far behind the competition. They seem to be shutting down the US operations and retracting back to Canada which is probably the best case scenario for the company to remain in business.
