      Horrible beyond imaging!

      Pros

      A few of my colleagues were great to work with and helped make the work environment bearable in spite of the complete insanity around us.

      Cons

      Poor management. Unqualified staff and management. Childish, unprofessional and immature behavior was tolerated and accepted by top management. Poor HR policies.

      A Sinking Ship with No Way Out

      Pros

      Good environment between coworkers. You can trust the people on your team and they are willing to help.

      Cons

      Major restructuring, layoffs have combined jobs so one person is doing the job of multiple people. The owners have no clue how to run a business in current retail environment. CEO is way to involved with nitty gritty decisions instead of focusing on the big picture. It makes it impossible for anything to get done. They don't trust their employees opinions, expertise etc. which leads to no career growth.

      Pros

      There are talented and good people that work there, so it was nice getting to work, and taking pride in what you were doing.

      Cons

      Poor management, low salaries, unappreciated for all your hard work, excuses made as to why you won't get a yearly bonus, takes years to get a promotion (with barely any salary increase).
