Very wonderful people in general, diversified, clean atmosphere, some motivational activities
Cons
I guess depending on where you're placed within the organization, you may have a good job or horrible experience. If you work with the front office personnel, good luck because you will need a thick skin and expected to be a "perfect" employee, and expect to be told to do things only later to be in trouble for doing them. But, one good point- you may get a extra pay with your pink slip just so you don't sue them in the end.
