Low salary, traditional way of manufacturing to cut cost, very bad management

- Severely underpaid in comparison to its competitors. - Barely any chance for progression . - An inner circle group within the company are the only ones who get any benefits or exciting opportunities. - This same 'inner circle' are the only ones who move up the ranks within the company - Countless amount of management underqualified for their positions (barely any have the experience or training) - Despite END having expanded dramatically in recent years, barely any money gets put into staff incentive, work conditions or salary. - Prioritises numbers over employee well being and general work environment - Abysmal working conditions - Expected to work bank holidays even if you don't work in store - Maximum of 3 days holiday (this includes xmas and boxing day) allowed off in December despite minimal work for staff to do - studio staff were expected to work in the warehouse on quiet days during the Christmas period. - Secondary school like atmosphere leaving staff filled with paranoia that they may be being talked about - Lack of HR within the company and a problem with confidentiality staying confidential - Long hours with one 30 min break
