      Pros

      It is a growing fast company with very qualified and highly educated CyberSecurity professionals. Team work is the key success of ERM since we work together to provide our customers the best solution to their problems. It is a great place to learn and grow.

      Since it is a fast-paced environment, it can be stressful sometimes.

      Pros

      - Amazing, fast-paced learning curves where you learn practical cybersecurity. - Family-like work environment that is open, warm, and welcoming. - Innovative thinking is encouraged and even expected. - No politics, credit-stealing, or backstabbing. - Crazy amount of diversity and yet a lot of camaraderie.

      Cons

      - If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and like a fast-paced, think-on-your-feet environment, this place is for you. Otherwise, you might find yourself nitpicking and moaning-and-groaning. - If diversity scares you, and I mean diversity in thought, ethnicity, religious beliefs, humor, eating preferences, and even dressing-style...you'll be petrified at this place. So then again, this place is not for you.

      Pros

      I have been working for this company for almost 3 years and I feel that we are a big family. Company is growing fast and even though sometimes there is a big load of work I enjoy the team I work with. ERM also encourage the consultants to do continued education.

      Cons

      I don't find any Cons at ERM, This is my best job experience in US
