Your coworkers, below management level, will be wonderful people who genuinely care for you. They will be the reason you want to come in early, or stay late. That's the best pro.
Cons
At one point, EPTDesign was a great place to work, but it has changed so much. You will be led into the company with promises and visions of great culture, fantastic flexibility, and visions of growth and learning. None of this happens. You will be overworked and incredibly under compensated. Your worth will not be seen and you won't be valued, despite their words. Do yourself a great favor and work somewhere else that will value you and invest in you.
