Pros

Culture comes first at ER Express. From the interns to the CEO, everyone has a voice. They try to create a fun and positive environment to help balance the workload. You will have responsibility from day one, but the focus is on results, not how much time you spend doing the work. You will also receive a lot of mentorship and training on the job. The success-oriented culture lends itself to a focus on work/life balance. If you are looking for a great place to start your career in a healthcare startup, ER Express is a great place to be.

Cons

We are a growing company, but still a relatively small one. With growth comes the need to scale the business, and this is no easy feat. Every day we solve these increasingly challenging problems, and while this is hard work, it's very fulfilling. To be able to shape the place that I work is why I joined this company. You have to be resilient and look forward to tackling new challenges. If you can stomach that, you will have the opportunity to succeed here.
