    Great session rate at most. Plenty of opportunities to increase business Great continuing Ed. PTO is okay Can reach full time benefits if you average a certain number of hours.

    EXOS has a performance mindset that focuses on the holistic view of health and wellness for all its employees, clients, and members.

    Cons

    The pay is terrible, but I guess the pay is terrible for the fitness industry in general. For my position with the responsibilities I have, I am making 2-3x less than I would make if I worked for another industry.

    I loved my on-site center and was fortunate to have a top notch client to work for.

    Cons

    EXOS frequently changes and revises policies, procedures and work tools. It was a constant occurrence when I was employed by the company.

    I have been working at EXOS full-time for more than a year

    The other trainers and immediate supervisors are great.

    Cons

    Upper management does not take care of their staff. Through the entire Covid-19 pandemic they let members know well before any staff the facilities were closing, as well as let the members know before hand the facilities would be opening. They asked us to come back to work without giving us any information and expect us to be able to survive without our commission pay.
