      Pros

      The schedule is perfect, I get my 2 days off and always hit my commission mark.. Daily spiffs, monthly competitions, and the bonus structure makes my paychecks begged to be cashed.

      Cons

      No benefits, but it's a start company.. So when were at 40-60 employees we will have those for sure.

      Pros

      located in NE Portland, Fun & fast paced environment, good potential for growth, inbound calls only. The management team is friendly and helpful and tried their hardest to help us get better

      Cons

      Steep learning curve with sales and technical process, difficult customers once in a while which can be frustrating. Sometimes management could do a better job at giving ongoing training to keep sharpening our sales and tech skills.
