Pros

- nice employees - decent tips - good managers, for the most part

Cons

- as with any service job, there are a handful of not-so-helpful/not-so-nice employees, but mostly the good ones balance it out

Pros

Modern offices Large amount of front line staff are fantastic people.

Cons

Run by absolute cowboys. Devoid of basic humanity and business strategy. Made redundant a large amount of head office staff 3 weeks before Christmas "21st Century Ebenezer Scrooge" although I don't think Scrooge would of parked his new land rover outside the office while making people with families jobless before christmas. Poor wages, poor moral, poor leaders. Crazy how you can open a couple of new hotels and other places around the same time but not able to pay another month's wages to staff. Try find a job in December or January. Borderline evil and completely detached from reality.

Pros

City Center location. Brand Variety. Staff below management level are awesome people friendly and inclusive.

Cons

Some retail staff promoted to managers do not have a professional attitude, passive aggressive attitudes and emails prevail. So many chiefs too few warriors- very top heavy organisation! Management roles overlap with other managerial roles: resulting in endless email tennis Culture of passive aggressive emails + unnessacary cc’ing in a bid to intimidate. V poor wages especially for work level expectations. Individual managers agendas which often conflict with goals or staff than towards the organisation.
