5yThank you for your feedback - I appreciate your perspective. I couldn’t agree more that the people are our greatest asset, and our challenging projects are what make us thrive at Ecosystem. However, you mention some significant concerns I’d like to address. We’re leveraging the expertise we developed over the past (almost) 3 decades in the Canadian market for our expansion and growth in the US, and collaboration enriches our cross-border teams. Also, while we’re agile in our design and construction process, we also know that our business model – guaranteeing the results that matter most to our clients – is too important to compromise. We are proud to be growing in the US market while staying true to our core values and aligning our interests with those of our clients.
