      Too many to list CEO has terrible leadership - he needs a lot of help in that area. I saw a comparison on here to Steve Jobs. However if that were true the company would be successful. He's just a jerk, not a leader. Which is probably why he sold out to SafetyCulture so early. The product is poorly marketed, the target is basically any user with a pulse, rather than what it actually is, which is deskless workers, but you wouldn't know that by visiting EdApp's homepage. Abusive work culture. Could go on and on. Don't waste your time.

      If you are interesting in joining a team that’s on its way up, look no further! Ed is truly redefining what it means to be a great modern learning solution for any industry. You have the opportunity to work on either the US, UK or AUS team and they’re still growing. Laid back office culture, great colleagues, fun organized team building events, drinks on fridays, bagels on mondays, holiday parties and more.

      Cons

      Being a part of a global team has its challenges. You do have to be prepared to chat in the evenings if you are US based and vice verse (early in the morning) if you are AUS based. Some parts of the year are better than others. And with the continued team growth it does get better and the communication doesn’t have to happen as frequently.
